In the past few years, each of the band members went to develop a solo career, but fans are always hoping for a reunion.

In 2002, before American Idol became a worldwide phenomenon, a young girl from Texas decide to audition for an obscure talent show, unknown to anyone. And what do you know? It paid off – big time! Since that fateful day 17 years ago, Clarkson sold more than 37 million albums, won three Grammy Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, and not to mention her comeback to reality TV shows as a coach on the voice.

Back in 2012, the band members auditioned for the second season of The X Factor as solo artists, but later on, joined forces and became one of the best groups that participated in the show. They managed to snag the third place in the competition, but their journey didn’t end there, as they proceeded to release their own songs. At first, the band consisted of five members, but in 2016 Camila Cabello decided to pursue a solo career. Two years later, in 2018, the remaining band members decided to go on an indefinite break. Now the only question that remains is whether we will hear from the beloved group anytime soon?

On the third season of American Idol that aired in 2004, the powerhouse singer finished 7th, eliminated during a controversial episode during which all three African-American participants were at the bottom. However, that didn’t stop Hudson from doing her thing, and she became a superstar in no time at all. The singer won an Oscar, an Academy Award, a Golden Globe, and a few Grammys.
