Shoppers are reeling after realizing Trader Joe’s has discontinued its Vegan TURKEY-LESS Stuffed Roast with Gravy.
A Trader Joe's employee confirmed to The U.S. Sun via a phone call that has decided to get rid of the item this year.
One Reddit user revealed that the Thanksgiving turkey alternative “wasn’t meeting expectations.”
While others suggested the recipe changed and was not as good as the original.
Regardless of the many theories, shoppers are devastated taking to X calling the move “heartbreaking.”

The Vegan TURKEY-LESS Stuffed Roast with Gravy was for those who want a break from the bird.
Each roast came frozen, breaded, and even had its own vegan gravy.
Made from mostly wheat gluten, the vegan roast was stuffed with wild rice, cranberries, celery, and onions.
The breading was seasoned with herbs and red pepper flakes, adding texture and taste to each bite.

It's stuffed with wild rice and whole wheat bread crumb stuffing and is said to carve cuts like real turkey.
